Seasons Greetings from Casey’s Massage Therapy
I think for starters, we can begin by saying, "Where did 2024 go?" But with the hustle and bustle of the holidays almost upon us, I want to remind you to make sure you get your regular massages in. I also want to say thank you! I know the economy is a bit messy at the moment, but the fact that you’ve taken the time (and money) to see me throughout the year really means the world. So, thank you! I just can’t believe another year is almost over!

New Certifications:
If you've been following my social media, you’ve probably noticed I’ve completed quite a few certifications this year, along with blog posts for each one.
In January, I got certified in TMJ Massage, which focuses on relieving tension in the jaw.
In February, I got certified in Trigger Point Therapy, which involves applying focused pressure to tense spots using new specialized tools. Also in February, I earned certification in Warm Bamboo Massage, a technique that uses heated bamboo sticks to apply deep pressure.
In May, I became certified in Cold Stone Massage, which is similar to hot stone massage but uses cold stones instead.
In September, I received two more certifications: one in Magnet Therapy, a non-invasive treatment that uses magnets to promote healing and pain relief, and another in Pediatric Massage, which is specifically designed for children under 12.
Finally, in November after lots of studying, I finished Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), A light touch modality that provides gentle, rhythmic pumping designed to lymph move towards major ducts where toxins are filtered and expelled from the body. A good choice for anyone wanting to boost their immune function, helping the body fight illness and/or allergies, or experiencing swelling. An excellent therapy option for those with damaged or missing lymph nodes and experience swelling in the extremities.
Gift Cards:
The holidays can be a busy time, and ifyou're looking for the perfect gift for that hard-to-buy-for person in your life, gift cards are a great option! They can be purchased through Square here or by contacting me directly.
What's Coming for 2025?
