Hi, I’m Casey — the face (& hands) behind Casey’s Massage Therapy here in Regina.
I grew up in Regina’s south end and graduated from Miller Comprehensive High School in 2012. After a couple years working in office settings, I realized pretty quickly that I needed a career where I could actually help people - and massage therapy had always been something I was drawn to.
I graduated from the Western College of Remedial Massage Therapies in 2016 and jumped straight into private practice. Since then, my focus has always been the same: treatments that are tailored to you. No cookie-cutter massages - just thoughtful, effective care that meets you where you’re at.
I’m registered with the National Health Practitioners of Canada (NHPC) and regularly take continuing education to keep growing my practice.

MY APPPROACH:
Simple, I don’t believe in a “one-size-fits-all” massage treatment.
Every treatment I give is customized to what your body needs that day. Sometimes that means focused work on a specific problem area, sometimes it means addressing patterns of tension throughout the body, and sometimes it simply means giving your nervous system a chance to slow down and reset.
I pay attention to how your body responds during the treatment and adjust as we go, because the goal isn’t just to give you a massage, it’s to help you actually feel better, move better, and keep doing the things you love.
