A Thanksgiving Message to My Clients
As the season of gratitude rolls in, I’ve been reflecting on the incredible year it’s been inside the treatment room. Thanksgiving always reminds me to pause, breathe, and really soak in the things that bring warmth to my heart, and at the top of that list are the clients who trust me with their care.
Every single session tells a story.
A story of someone choosing to prioritize their wellness.
A story of someone carving out time for themselves in a world that rarely slows down.
A story of connection, compassion, and the quiet kind of healing that happens when someone feels safe and supported.
This year, I am especially thankful for:
Your Trust: You let me into your wellness journey, whether you're managing chronic pain, recovering from injury, navigating stress, or simply seeking a moment of peace. Your trust isn’t something I take lightly. It’s the heartbeat of this practice.
Your Consistency: Every appointment booked, every rebooked session, every “see you next month” keeps this small business going. You’re not just supporting my work, you’re supporting my livelihood, my growth, and my dream of creating a space where people feel better when they walk out than when they walked in.
Your Stories & Humanity: I hear about your families, your accomplishments, your hard days, and your hopes. You bring laughter, vulnerability, and real connection to the treatment room. Those moments mean more to me than you know.
Your Willingness to Grow: I’ve watched so many of you become more in tune with your bodies, learn what you need, set healthier boundaries, and advocate for your own well-being. Seeing that transformation is one of the best parts of what I do.
Your Support of Local Business: Choosing a local RMT matters. It strengthens our community, keeps wellness accessible, and allows me to continue offering the care I’m so passionate about.
As we head into the colder months and the busy holiday season, I hope you take time for yourselves, time to rest, to breathe, to reflect, to refill the cup you so often pour from. And whether I see you weekly, monthly, or once in a while, please know this:
I am deeply, genuinely thankful for you. This practice exists because of you. And I am honored to be part of your wellness journey.
